Apply for Scholarships

Students will submit one application for the StFX Major Scholarships and separate applications for the application-based awards which are external to StFX.  

The deadline to submit applications is March 1, 2025. Note: Some of the application-based awards have a different deadline.  

Before you apply for Major Scholarships:

1. You must apply for admission to StFX by March 1, 2025.
2. You must submit your transcript(s) for admission consideration by March 1, 2025.
3. Your references must be submitted by March 1, 2025. References automatically receive an email providing them with the information they need.  If they misplace the URL to the reference form, they can click here to access it. 
4. Some application-based scholarships require a nomination form. Those are listed and available here:

Note: It is not required to have an admission decision by March 1 to be eligible for scholarships, but your application and transcripts must be received by this date.
