Open Wednesday – Saturday from 7 pm - 10 pm at the Bloomfield Café (2nd Floor Bloomfield Centre).

Also at the Bloomfield Café, join us for the Mental Health Mondays 6:00 pm- 7:15 pm- Discussions and talks on subjects from exam stress to how to live with roommates. See calendar.

Mindfulness Practice is offered at Wellspring (door near Starbucks) every Tuesday from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm; cookies and tea served.

Mindfulness

Scientific evidence shows that mindfulness meditation can help relax mind and body and better manage stress. Learn and practice meditation at our “drop-in” sessions. Come once, or every week, or whenever you can! These sessions are open to large StFX community.
