Submitting Transcripts and Course Lists
Upon application, submit your transcripts. If your transcript does not show courses currently in progress, please submit a course list for the full academic year in process. Your application will not be reviewed until transcripts are received. Note: Nova Scotian students should provide their Provincial Student Number (PSN) on their application for StFX to assess your transcripts through My Transcripts.
When sending transcripts and course lists, ensure they are submitted in PDF format and named as follows:
"Last Name, First Name - Student ID Number"
or, for course lists
"CL - Last Name, First Name - Student ID Number"
Important Transcript Deadlines
- If applicants wish to be considered for a Major Scholarship, we will require your first-semester final transcript by March 1, 2026.
- If you applied to the 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, continue to send updated transcripts with final marks, as they become available, up to March 5, 2026.
- The deadline to receive final transcripts is August 15, 2026, and this transcript is required to receive StFX scholarships.
- If you are upgrading over the summer months, you need to advise StFX when the final transcript will be available by August 15, 2026.
